Up until now, Kauai, in our eyes, has been about 85 degrees, humid and sunny. Today it showed why the north has so much green jungle. It poured, off and on all day. Last night we went out for a walk along the beach, leaving the double stroller by the pool...bad idea. It sprinkled, we turned around, then it rained, then it poured all in a matter of 5 minutes from sunny. OOPS my stroller got soaked, Andrew enjoyed his first pour and Addie kept on playing in the ocean. Today we were wiser. I brought only towel and everyone in swim suits. So, if we got wet, who cares? It's freaken hot. I laid out a towel and when it poured, I hunkered under an unbrella with Andrew until it passed. Once we figured that out we had a full day of beach and pool. We also went and saw Kilauea Lighthouse, grabbed dinner at the Kilauea Fish Market and watched the sunset.
Stormy
There's actually about 5 waterfalls that we can see from our hotel coming off these hills
